Phillips sold the screen-worn watch, case no. 0764, in December 2020 as the exact piece Stallone wore throughout the film, on its original sharkskin strap, and Panerai's own newsroom identifies the same reference, backed by Stallone's handwritten letter and a signed lobby card. Stallone reportedly ordered around 200 additional signature-engraved Luminors as gifts, helping launch the brand's modern fame.
