Fast & Furious 6 (2013)
More actions

Hobbs has Dominic and Brian reassemble their crew to take down a team of mercenaries, but Dominic unexpectedly gets sidetracked with facing his presumed deceased girlfriend, Letty. Directed by Justin Lin and released in 2013, it is the sixth Fast & Furious film, and it moves the series decisively out of street racing and into heist-thriller territory: DSS agent Luke Hobbs offers the crew full pardons in exchange for hunting Owen Shaw's mercenary outfit across Europe, with London as the operation's base. The cast pairs Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson with returning crew members Tej Parker and Roman Pearce, and the wristwear on screen runs to Swiss sports watches throughout. (IMDb)
Watches
- Carl F. Bucherer Patravi AutoDate TwoTone
- Worn by Ludacris as Tej Parker. Tej Parker's two-tone Carl F. Bucherer Patravi AutoDate, in steel and rose gold on a matching bracelet, arrives as a joke about money: having bought out the lot at a car auction, Tej talks the auctioneer out of his wristwatch as well, then holds it up for Hobbs to admire. The gag buys the watch a clean, held close-up, an unusually generous frame for a supporting character's timepiece. (Watch-ID; Spotern)
- Jaeger-LeCoultre Deep Sea Chronograph
- Worn by Paul Walker as Brian O'Conner. Brian O'Conner wears the Jaeger-LeCoultre Deep Sea Chronograph, the steel diver with a black rotating bezel and a frogman engraved on the caseback in homage to JLC's 1959 Deep Sea Alarm. It continues Paul Walker's Jaeger-LeCoultre run in the series after the Master Compressor Diving Automatic Navy SEALs of Fast Five; the brand itself circulated the on-wrist still from this film. - Oris ProDiver Date
- Worn by Dwayne Johnson as Luke Hobbs. Luke Hobbs wears the Oris ProDiver Date on a rubber strap, a titanium 1,000-metre diver with Oris's rotation-safety-system bezel, sized to match the character rather than any diving Hobbs actually does in the film. Oris promoted the placement at the time as a fit between a tool watch built for abuse and an action lead whose job is absorbing it. (Watch-ID; Philstar)
