Rolex Submariner 5513

Worn by Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw. Statham dressed former-SAS operative Shaw in his own vintage no-date Submariner, telling interviewers he picked the reference 5513 because Shaw is practical and would keep one solid watch until it stops working. Produced from 1962 to 1989, the 5513 gives the shadow-world character a watch built the same spare way he is. (Quill & Pad) Quill & Pad settled the reference from an ET Canada interview in which Statham wore "the same watch he sports in the upcoming film", and points to two scenes: "when Shaw visits his mother in prison" and "in another scene in which he picks up his sister and Hobbs".
