Thirty years after a legendary Pittsburgh rivalry ended without a deciding third bout, two retired heavyweights are goaded back into the ring for one last fight. Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro play Henry "Razor" Sharp and Billy "The Kid" McDonnen, with Kevin Hart as Dante Slate Jr., the fast-talking young promoter engineering the rematch for a payday, Alan Arkin as Razor's estranged former trainer, Kim Basinger as Sally, the woman both men once loved, and Jon Bernthal as Razor's estranged son.
