- Worn by Rowan Atkinson as Johnny English. Johnny English's watch reads clearly only in the film's promotional photography: a midnight blue dial on a five-link steel bracelet, the triangle marker at twelve with the IWC signature beneath it, a date at three, and a full set of white Arabic numerals, including the 6 and 9 that the Mark XVIII restored and the Marks before it did without. That is the Mark XVIII dial in the blue of the Le Petit Prince edition. GMT Post and DSF both give the reference as IW327016; its 2016 predecessor IW327014 is outwardly the same watch, differing in calibre alone, so the photography cannot separate them. No frame of the film shows the watch well enough to confirm that Atkinson wears it on screen, and the trailers, where DSF reports it, do not either. (GMT Post, DSF)
