Minions (series)

From IMWDb
The Minions, Illumination's yellow henchmen, used here to represent the franchise the partnership is licensed to generally.

The Minions are the small yellow henchmen of Illumination's Despicable Me franchise, created by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud with designer Eric Guillon and voiced largely by Coffin, who first appeared serving the supervillain Gru in Despicable Me (Universal Pictures, 2010). Their popularity carried them into two spin-off films of their own, Minions (2015) and Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022), the sequels through Despicable Me 4, and a global licensing business for Universal.
