Roy Chow directs this Hong Kong crime thriller. Convicted killer Wong Yuen-yeung, played by Nick Cheung, is released on parole after twenty years and begins stalking the younger daughter of the pianist whose family he was imprisoned for destroying; when that pianist is himself found murdered, detective George Lam, played by Simon Yam, is pulled into an investigation that reopens the older case.
