North by Northwest (1959)

From IMWDb
North by Northwest

A Madison Avenue advertising executive is mistaken for a government agent by foreign spies, then framed for murder, and flees across the country while trying to clear his name. (Wikipedia) Directed by Alfred Hitchcock, the film stars Cary Grant as Roger O. Thornhill, Eva Marie Saint as the woman who may or may not be helping him, and James Mason as the spy pursuing him; it was released by MGM in July 1959 and is widely regarded as one of Hitchcock's finest thrillers, its Mount Rushmore climax among cinema's most famous set pieces.

Cartier Tank
Worn by Cary Grant as Roger O. Thornhill. BAMF Style identifies Thornhill's watch as Grant's own classic gold Cartier Tank, usually hidden by his shirt cuffs but revealed in a train-station shaving scene; the yellow gold case has a white square dial on a black leather strap, with no reference number given.
