Gary Ross directed this spin-off of the Ocean's trilogy, written with Olivia Milch, in which Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) assembles a crew (Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter) to steal a Cartier necklace from the neck of the actress Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway) at the Met Gala.
