Andrei Konchalovsky's 1989 buddy-cop action film, completed by Albert Magnoli and released by Warner Bros. on 22 December 1989, pairs the Los Angeles narcotics detectives Ray Tango (Sylvester Stallone), a besuited Beverly Hills cop who trades stocks between arrests, and the scruffy Gabriel Cash (Kurt Russell), framed for murder by the drug lord Yves Perret (Jack Palance) and forced to break out of prison to clear their names; Teri Hatcher plays Tango's sister Kiki. Breitling Chronomat

Worn by Sylvester Stallone as Raymond "Ray" Tango. Tango's two-tone Breitling Chronomat, the steel-and-gold bezel with its four rider tabs on a bracelet with gold centre links, shows on his left wrist in the production still of Tango and Cash back to back with pistols drawn that an Uhrforum member posted in June 2026 naming it a bi-colour Chronomat. A 1989 production places it in the first, 39 mm Chronomat generation, but the still shows the bezel and bracelet only, so the line is recorded without a reference. (Uhrforum)
