Seth MacFarlane wrote, directed, and voiced the title character in this comedy about a Boston man whose Christmas wish, made at age eight, brings his teddy bear to life; twenty-seven years later Ted's constant presence in Mark Wahlberg's John Bennett's life strains his relationship with girlfriend Lori Collins.
