- Worn by Roger Moore as James Bond. The 5513 returns on an Oyster bracelet and does nothing but tell the time (no magnet, no buzz-saw bezel) after the Q Branch prop of Live and Let Die. It reads clearly in the production photography from Scaramanga's solar facility; the watch in both Moore films presents as an early-1970s non-chronometer 5513 with the 660ft=200m dial. - Worn by Christopher Lee as Francisco Scaramanga. BAMF Style rejects the commonly-cited Rolex King Midas identification for Scaramanga's watch, arguing it instead appears to be a Bueche Girod, not unlike the timepieces Robert De Niro rotated through in other roles; a reader comment on the same piece separately proposes a Rolex/Cellini King Midas with a tiger's-eye dial. Revolution, in an unrelated survey of King Midas wearers, independently names "Christopher Lee as Bond villain Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun" among them, a passing aside rather than a scene analysis. The two accounts disagree and neither settles the question: BAMF argues directly against King Midas from the screen evidence, while Revolution asserts it in a single clause with no supporting analysis of its own.
