The Phoenician Scheme is a 2025 black comedy espionage thriller written, produced, and directed by Wes Anderson, following ruthless businessman Anatole "Zsa-Zsa" Korda (Benicio del Toro) as he recruits his estranged nun daughter Liesl (Mia Threapleton) to help secure his latest scheme. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18, 2025, before a theatrical release.
