The Promised Neverland is a 2020 Japanese live-action film directed by Yuichiro Hirakawa, adapting Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu's manga (and its anime adaptation) about orphans at Grace Field House who discover their idyllic home is a farm raising children as food for demons. Minami Hamabe, Kairi Jo, and Rihito Itagaki lead as Emma, Ray, and Norman, the three children who plot a mass escape; Keiko Kitagawa plays their caretaker Isabella, and Tori Matsuzaka appears as Peter Ratri, head of the Ratri clan that oversees the farm system.
