The Sun Does Not Move (太陽は動かない) is a 2021 Japanese theatrical thriller directed by Eiichiro Hasumi and adapted from Shuichi Yoshida's Kazuhiko Takano novel series. Released on March 5, 2021, it follows industrial spies Kazuhiko Takano (Tatsuya Fujiwara) and Ryoichi Taoka (Ryoma Takeuchi), agents for the covert firm AN Tsūshin who carry remote-detonated bombs implanted in their hearts as they race to secure classified solar-energy technology sought by rival powers.
