The same blue-dial automatic 2531.80 as Tomorrow Never Dies, now carrying its most theatrical gadget: a piton launcher and grappling line that Bond fires from his wrist to escape down a Thames-side building in the opening sequence, hardware the production built as a functional prop, absent from the retail watch. The image is a production publicity still showing the watch worn with the dinner jacket. Swatch TWINE 1999 SUOZ304

Official product partnership, not an in-work appearance. Swatch released six film designs in its 007 Tribute Collection in February 2020, one per title, each drawing on that film's poster and opening sequence. This one draws the series' gun barrel as concentric red rifling on the dial, with flames along the strap. Swatch calls each a limited edition without publishing a number, and licensed the collection from Danjaq, LLC. (Swatch Group)
