Emma Luchini's directorial debut follows Martin Vauvel (Manu Payet), burned out after too much love and too much living, as he retreats to his father's rural home and reluctantly bonds with his sixteen-year-old half-brother Gabriel, whom he sets out to warn off romance entirely, only for the free-spirited Mathilde to upend both their plans.
