Warfare is a combat drama based on former Navy SEAL Ray Mendoza's memories of a platoon under fire during the Iraq War. (IMDb) Written and directed by Mendoza with Alex Garland, the A24 film was released on 11 April 2025 and reconstructs in near real time an engagement of 19 November 2006 during the Battle of Ramadi, as SEAL teams occupying a two-storey house call for support after an ambush. D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai plays Mendoza, alongside Will Poulter, Cosmo Jarvis as the gravely wounded Elliott Miller, Joseph Quinn, Kit Connor, Charles Melton and Finn Bennett. (Wikipedia)
