Wotakoi: Love Is Hard for Otaku is a 2020 Japanese romantic comedy directed and written by Yuichi Fukuda, adapting Fujita's webmanga of the same name. Mitsuki Takahata stars as Narumi Momose, an office worker secretly a fujoshi otaku, opposite Kento Yamazaki as her capable, game-obsessed childhood friend Hirotaka Nifuji; the two navigate a relationship complicated by the very fandoms that brought them together. Takumi Saitoh plays Taro Kabakura, a supporting member of the group's circle of otaku coworkers. Toho released the film theatrically in Japan on 7 February 2020, where it topped the box office on its opening weekend. (Wikipedia)

TAG Heuer Monza
Worn by Takumi Saitoh as Taro Kabakura. Jackroad's costume-loan archive credits Kabakura's actor with a vintage Heuer Monza chronograph, the cushion-cased commemorative Heuer put its own name on in 1976; the retailer's record gives no reference number, consistent with an unrestored period example rather than the 2000s TAG Heuer revival.
