ハラスメントゲーム is a TV Tokyo drama produced for the network's 55th anniversary, written by Yumiko Inoue from her own novel and broadcast from 15 October 2018. Toshiaki Karasawa stars as Wataru Akitsu, branch manager of the supermarket chain Maruo Holdings' Toyama store, demoted to the countryside after an incident before being abruptly recalled to headquarters as head of the compliance office, where the president and board harbor their own hidden motives. Structured as a case-of-the-week anthology, the series follows Akitsu and his colleagues confronting a different flavor of workplace harassment, power harassment, sexual harassment, and maternity harassment among them, each episode resolved through unconventional methods.
