完全無罪 (Kanzen Muzai, "Complete Innocence") is a 2024 Japanese legal mystery, WOWOW's five-episode Renzoku Drama W adapted from Takaaki Daimon's novel of the same name, directed and written by Tatsushi Omori. Alice Hirose plays Chisa Matsuoka, a rising lawyer assigned to the retrial of a wrongful-conviction case, a kidnapping and murder from 21 years earlier in which Matsuoka herself was one of the confined victims; the man she must defend may be the person who once held her captive. Shingo Tsurumi co-stars, alongside Yukiya Kitamura. WOWOW broadcast the series from 7 July 2024. (Japanese Wikipedia)
