Donketsu is a DMM TV original crime drama that began streaming exclusively on 25 April 2025, adapting Ta-shi's yakuza manga of the same name. Hideaki Ito stars as Masatoshi Sawada, nicknamed "Rocket Masa" for once firing a rocket launcher into a rival gang's headquarters, a reckless enforcer still stuck without promotion in his own organization, the Kogetsu-gumi of the Gachirin-kai, well into his late forties. Sho Aoyagi plays Hiroto Kaneda, the Kogetsu-gumi's underboss; Toshiro Yanagiba and Susumu Terajima also appear, with Nobuo Mizuta directing. A second season began streaming on 28 November 2025.
