Friends (1994)

From IMWDb
Friends

Friends (1994 to 2004) is NBC's Manhattan-set sitcom from David Crane and Marta Kauffman, following six twenty-somethings (Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Ross) through ten seasons of coffee-house life, produced by Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions with Warner Bros. Television. Its wristwear splits neatly by character: TAG Heuer quartz precision on the paleontologist, Breitling chronographs on the chef and the actor, and, on television's most-copied fashion figure, a small steel watch nobody has ever named. Watches

TAG Heuer Formula 1 WA1219
Worn by David Schwimmer as Ross Geller. Ross's daily watch through the early seasons is a white-dial TAG Heuer Formula 1 on a steel jubilee-style bracelet, its navy bezel with red accents legible whenever he reaches for a phone or a fossil. WatchReel names the reference WA1219, the mid-1990s steel execution of the line, 34.5 mm with the quartz ETA 955.414 and PROFESSIONAL / 200 METERS dial text (WatchReel), and community spotting independently reads the same white-dial, blue-bezel Formula 1 from season one onward (Own the Watch). The configuration matches the frames, but the dial text is never sharp enough on screen to exclude the near-identical sibling references of the same series, so the exact reference is likely rather than confirmed.

Breitling (unidentified model)
Worn by Courteney Cox as Monica Geller. Monica's steel chronograph (black dial, three counters, rider-tab bezel, rouleaux-style bracelet) is Breitling design language of the late 1980s, and it appears from the show's earliest episodes. The model is disputed: WristReview reads the watch, glimpsed as she puts the apartment's green ottoman back in its place, as a Chronomat ref. 81950-1 in steel (WristReview), while WatchReel lists it as a two-tone Chrono Sextant 80350, a quartz-driven rider-tab sibling from the same era (WatchReel). The frames show the tabs and the ribbed bracelet clearly but cannot split the two models. Either candidate puts a serious measuring instrument on the wrist of the group's most exacting cook.

Breitling Colt Chronograph
Worn by Matt LeBlanc as Joey Tribbiani. Joey wears a light-dial chronograph on a steel bracelet in the later seasons, usually showing under a black T-shirt sleeve from the recliner in his apartment. WatchReel identifies it as a Breitling Colt Chronograph in the white-dial execution with black counters and gold-tone Arabic numerals, the automatic A13035 generation of 1997 to 2000, which fits the seasons where the watch appears (WatchReel). The frames support the white dial and steel bracelet but never resolve a reference, and no second spotting source has weighed in, so the identification is probable rather than confirmed.

Unidentified watch
Worn by Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green. Rachel's everyday watch is a small steel piece with a black dial (roughly 26 mm, on a steel bracelet, often stacked beside a chain bracelet), recurring across the early seasons. For a character whose haircut and wardrobe set trends for a decade, the watch has stubbornly resisted identification: WatchReel documents it and leaves it unidentified, and no credible candidate has emerged (WatchReel).
