Shin Won-ho directed this tvN medical drama, written by Lee Woo-jung, following five doctors in their forties who have been friends since medical school as they balance general surgery, pediatric surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, obstetrics, and neurosurgery at fictional Yulje Medical Center; the first season ran 12 episodes from March 12 to May 28, 2020, and a second season aired 12 more from June 17 to September 16, 2021.
