JAG

JAG is Donald P. Bellisario's legal drama about the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps, produced by Belisarius Productions with Paramount, which ran one season on NBC from 23 September 1995 and nine more on CBS from January 1997 to April 2005 and launched the NCIS franchise. Commander Harmon "Harm" Rabb Jr. (David James Elliott), a former F-14 pilot grounded by night blindness who becomes a JAG lawyer, investigates and tries cases alongside Lieutenant Colonel Sarah "Mac" MacKenzie (Catherine Bell) and Lieutenant Bud Roberts (Patrick Labyorteaux) under Rear Admiral A.J. Rolex Submariner Date

Worn by David James Elliott as Harmon Rabb. An Uhrforum member posted two frames in December 2016 showing Rabb's two watches across the run, the first a steel Rolex Submariner Date on its Oyster bracelet. The frame shows the black bezel, the Cyclops date and the bracelet but not the reference, and the post names no episode; the series' 1995 start makes the sapphire-crystal 16610 the reference in production at the time, but nothing in the frame separates it from a personal or prop watch of the earlier transitional generation. Omega Seamaster Professional 300M

Worn by David James Elliott as Harmon Rabb. The second of the two frames posted on Uhrforum in December 2016 shows Rabb in an Omega Seamaster Professional 300M, the wave-dial diver with skeleton hands and a helium valve at 10, on its steel bracelet. The post does not say when in the ten-season run the change happened or whether the watch is the quartz or automatic execution, so the line rather than a reference is recorded. (Uhrforum)
