Kamen Rider Amazon (仮面ライダーアマゾン) is the fourth series in Toei and Ishimori Productions' Kamen Rider franchise, broadcast on NET and the Mainichi Broadcasting System across 24 episodes from October 19, 1974 to March 29, 1975. Daisuke Yamamoto, raised in the Amazon jungle and given the power of the Incan Gigi armlet, comes to Japan as the lizard-like Kamen Rider Amazon, fighting the Geddon and Garanda empires with claws and the Condorer belt rather than the punches and kicks of earlier Riders.
