So Okuno plays Sougo Tokiwa, a high-school student warned by a visitor from 2068 that he is destined to become Oma Zi-O, a tyrannical ruler of the future, who instead takes up the power himself as Kamen Rider Zi-O to protect the timeline from the Time Jackers.
