Set in Los Angeles around the trio's standing diner lunches, it stars Romano as party-store owner Joe Tranelli, Andre Braugher as car salesman Owen Thoreau Jr. and Scott Bakula as one-time actor Terry Elliot; the series won a Peabody Award and brought Braugher two Emmy nominations.
