Moto Kasoken no Shufu (元科捜研の主婦, "Former Forensic Scientist Housewife") is a TV Tokyo Friday drama starring Marika Matsumoto as Shiori Yoshioka, a former star forensic scientist now raising her son as a full-time mother, who is drawn back into solving cases. Shinya Kote plays Hiroki Kato, a vice-director unhappy with Shiori's continued visits to the forensic institute, and Kenichi Endo plays institute director Shinsaku Ozawa, a former detective and understanding friend to Shiori.
