Shinya Kote (born December 25, 1973, in Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, writer, and director. A graduate of Waseda University, he ran the theatre company Gekidan innerchild before moving into television, playing Ban Naoyuki in the 2016 NHK taiga drama Sanada Maru and Ren Amagasaki in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He is also a voice actor, known for Rex Godwin in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. Beginning with the 2018 television series, he has recurred as the grifter Igarashi across The Confidence Man JP franchise, including The Confidence Man JP: The Movie. (Wikipedia)
