TMC's early-evening infotainment programme, broadcast daily since 12 September 2016 and produced by Bangumi, the company Yann Barthès founded with Laurent Bon, carried over the host, the tone and much of the team of Canal+'s Le Petit Journal when Barthès left Canal+ in 2016: from a studio overlooking the Eiffel Tower it mixes the columnists' and reporters' pieces on the day's news and politics with interviews of the personalities, politicians and international stars who pass through Paris. On 4 September 2019 patlewis69 thought he recognised a blue-dial Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time on Barthès's wrist in Quotidien on TMC, and on 6 September ChrisC75 seconded the blue Overseas Dual Time after watching the replay; in February 2021 misterb, looking at captures of another watch on the host, asked whether it was still his Vacheron Constantin, and in June 2021 Aeromariner listed Barthès's Vacheron Constantin Overseas among the watches that showed a real interest in horology on French television. Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Mariner

Worn by Yann Barthès as Host. On 3 October 2020 antoflo posted a capture of a steel watch on a brown strap on Barthès's wrist in Quotidien and asked for the model, pierre595 proposed a Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox and patriceb did not think so; on 6 January 2021 Gart posted two captures from the Monday programme, one of the host writing at his desk under the Eiffel Tower and one close on his hands with the watch, and on 12 February misterb asked whether it was a JLC Master Mariner rather than the Vacheron Constantin; on 6 March DoudSB posted a close crop of the same watch asking for help and dodginaldo answered Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Mariner; on 31 March a member asked whether it was the same watch as on the previous page and duf666 proposed a sticky note reading that Barthès wears a JLC Master Mariner, to spare the question every two months. Three members agree on the Master Mariner, a twin-crown compressor diver with a black dial on a brown leather strap in Gart's frame; the reference is not given and the Memovox reading is disputed.
