The King 2 Hearts (더킹 투하츠) is a 2012 MBC political romance drama written by Hong Jin-ah, set in an alternate present-day South Korea that retains a constitutional monarchy. Lee Seung-gi stars as Crown Prince Lee Jae-ha, a materialistic royal forced into a joint military exercise with North Korean special-forces officer Kim Hang-ah (Ha Ji-won); the two fall in love and become engaged before a terrorist attack kills the king and forces Jae-ha onto the throne.
