The Queen of Villains

The Queen of Villains (「極悪女王」) is a five-episode Netflix Japan dramedy that traces the rise of Kaoru "Dump" Matsumoto (Yuriyan Retriever), the heel wrestler who became women's professional wrestling's most notorious villain during Japan's 1980s boom, culminating in her rivalry with Chigusa Nagayo (Erika Karata) and their "Hair-Cutting Death Match." Jun Murakami and Takumi Saitoh play Takashi and Toshikuni Matsunaga, two of the three brothers who ran All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling and shaped Dump's career from behind the promotion.
