Tokkai (トッカイ～不良債権特別回収部～), broadcast in English as Tokkai: Non-Performing Loans Special Collection Department, is a 2021 WOWOW drama adapted from Hidetoshi Kiyotake's nonfiction book about the real-life government agency formed after Japan's early-1990s asset-price collapse to recover bad debt from bankrupt housing-loan companies.
