Ultraman Dyna (ウルトラマンダイナ) is the ninth series in Tsuburaya Productions' Ultra Series and the direct sequel to Ultraman Tiga, broadcast from September 5, 1997 to August 28, 1998. Seven years after Tiga, the hot-headed pilot Shin Asuka joins the space-going defence team Super GUTS and is chosen by a new light to become Dyna, in a series that moved the fight from Earth's cities to Mars and the outer planets while keeping Tiga's world and its uniforms.
