Alpina Extreme Tourbillon
More actions
The Alpina Extreme Tourbillon is Alpina Genève's Extreme Tourbillon Regulator Manufacture, shown before Baselworld 2009 as the brand's first in-house tourbillon: the automatic calibre AL-980, developed from the Manufacture Regulator, carries a silicium escapement wheel and lever and a one-minute tourbillon with open-worked cage bridges at 6, under a regulator dial with the hours at 10 and the seconds on the cage. The 48 mm cushion case with six bezel screws came first in grade-5 titanium with a black ceramic bezel, the "Full Black" AL-980BBT5FBAE6, in eighteen numbered pieces rated to 100 m, then in 2010 in pink gold with a ceramic bezel (AL-980BC5AE9) and titanium with a pink-gold bezel (AL-980BCT5AE9), eighteen each.
