The Black Lagoon 25th Anniversary Chronograph Hotel Moscow Model is a 2026 commemorative release marking 25 years of Rei Hiroe's manga, limited to 2,001 pieces and sold through fulton japan at ¥29,700, companion to the same release's Lagoon Company Model. Its silver-and-black steel case carries a metal Hotel Moscow logo on the dial, a 6 o'clock subdial styled after the safety selector of Balalaika's Stechkin APS pistol, and a second hand shaped like a 5.45mm bullet; two natural diamonds mark the 25-minute point.
