Breguet No. 160, the Marie-Antoinette watch, is a 60 mm gold grand complication commissioned in 1783 by an admirer who asked for every refinement Breguet's workshop knew, with no cost or time limit; it was finished only in 1827, 34 years after the queen's death and four after Breguet's own. Its perpétuelle movement winds automatically through an oscillating platinum weight. Its 823 parts include a perpetual calendar, jumping hours, and a minute repeater among 23 total complications, and the watch was stolen from Jerusalem's L.A.
