The Casio GWG-1000-1A3 is a MUDMASTER, the land arm of Casio's MASTER OF G range, released on 1 August 2015 and built around resistance to what gets into a watch rather than what hits it. Every button sits inside a cylindrical guard with a gasket lining the shaft, so the structure that keeps out sand and mud also absorbs shock, and the crown screw-locks against gaskets. Casio adds vibration resistance to the usual shock rating, the stated case being men running cutters and crushers. Its Triple Sensor Ver. 3 readings are echoed by the hands as well as the digits, which is why the analogue set shifts out of the way automatically during a measurement. (Casio)
