The Citizen 8110A "Bullhead" runs Citizen's 1972 caliber 8110A, a hi-beat (28,800 vph) automatic flyback chronograph rotated 90 degrees so its crown and pushers sit at 12 o'clock, the layout that earned the nickname. At roughly 38 mm its case undercut the larger 6139-based chronographs Seiko was building at the time, and Citizen kept the movement in Bullhead models until about 1980. (Coronet)
