The Ebel 1911 is the round sports-classic line Ebel launched for its 75th anniversary in 1986, its name marking the year Eugène Blum and Alice Lévy founded the house in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The defining detail is the lugs: a wave-form bracelet link curves directly into the case on both sides, so the strap or bracelet reads as continuous with the case rather than attached to it, a signature Ebel has used across dress, chronograph and complicated executions of the line.
