Mickey Rourke (born 1952, Schenectady, New York) is an American actor who was a leading man of 1980s cinema, playing the New York police captain Stanley White opposite John Lone in Michael Cimino's Year of the Dragon, before a long period away from major film roles that included a professional boxing career.
