The watch Lupin wears in Lupin the Third Part II (1977) episode 4 is a mid-1970s LED digital: a green/silver wedge case with a horizontal digit window, drawn ejecting a strip of microfilm. A Japanese design analysis reads the case proportions as a Girard-Perregaux LED digital and weighs it against the visually similar Amida Digitrend before preferring Girard-Perregaux, citing the drawn digital seconds blink against the Digitrend's mechanical-digital movement and the Digitrend's obscurity even at the time. The cel carries no visible branding, so brand level is the ceiling here; no model or reference is asserted. (UT Design)
