The Heuer Autavia 2446C is the first-execution "compressor" case of the reference 2446, its "C" a screw-down caseback that the surrounding water pressure itself helps seal, rated to 100 metres. A 40 mm steel case, hand-wound Valjoux 72 column-wheel chronograph movement, and rotating tachymeter bezel sit under a matte black "reverse panda" dial, white sub-registers standing out against the black face. Owen Wilson wears one as Jack Kincaid, the superhero father in Secret Headquarters; director Henry Joost lent Wilson his own vintage Heuer for the role, and its bezel popped off during a stunt early in the shoot and was never recovered, so the watch appears with and without its bezel across different scenes of the finished film.
