Heuer is the Swiss chronograph house Edouard Heuer founded at St-Imier in 1860 and ran independently until TAG took control in 1985. Its oscillating pinion, dashboard timers built for cars and aircraft, and the Carrera and Monaco of the 1960s made stopwatch engineering the house identity rather than a styling exercise. The marque continues as TAG Heuer. (Wikipedia)
