The Longines Evidenza is the brand's Art Deco revival line, a curved tonneau- (barrel-) shaped dress watch introduced in the early 2000s. Reference L2.642.4.73.4 sets a 33.10 by 38.75 mm stainless steel case, just over 11 mm thick, around a self-winding mechanical movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with roughly a 50-hour power reserve. A silver "flinqué" engine-turned dial sits under a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, the whole rated to 3 bar and carried on an alligator strap with a folding clasp. The line revives the tonneau shape of the gold Longines Humphrey Bogart wore in Casablanca (catalogued as the Longines Bogart); this modern reference is a homage, not the screen watch. (Longines)
