The Luminox Navy SEAL 3501.BO is a 45 mm dive watch from the Swiss brand's flagship series, the line that has carried the SEAL name since 1994. Its case is moulded from CARBONOX, a carbon compound that keeps the whole watch to roughly 71 grams, and it is rated to 200 m behind a hardened mineral crystal and a 316L steel screw-on back. A Swiss Ronda 515 quartz movement drives the hands, its battery good for around fifty months. The defining feature is Luminox Light Technology: self-powered tritium gas tubes set into the hands and markers that glow constantly for up to twenty-five years, needing no charging or exposure to light.
