The Omega Speedmaster 3520.50, collectors' nickname "Triple Date" or Mark 40, is the self-winding, full-calendar member of the Speedmaster family Omega built through the 1990s and early 2000s alongside the manual-wind Moonwatch. Its 39 mm steel case keeps the twisted lugs and pump pushers of the Professional but swaps the hand-wound calibre 861 for the automatic calibre 1151, a Lemania-based Valjoux 7751 derivative that drives a vertical day, date, and month register at 12 o'clock plus a 24-hour hand, on top of the usual tricompax chronograph. The added calendar work and self-winding rotor make it noticeably thicker than a Professional on the wrist, a trade-off period reviewers weighed against the convenience of never resetting the date by hand.
