The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5712R is the rose-gold, leather-strap version of the Nautilus with moon phase, date, power reserve and small seconds. The 5712 family debuted at Baselworld in 2006; its asymmetrical ribbed dial places the power reserve toward ten o'clock, small seconds near four, and the date and moon phase together near seven. Phillips documents reference 5712R-001 with an automatic caliber 240 PS IRM C LU and a Patek Philippe leather strap with a rose-gold folding clasp. (Phillips)
