The Richard Mille RM 011 is the automatic flyback chronograph Richard Mille launched in 2007 with Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa, whose name the reference carries. Its tonneau case, with curved bezel, band and back held by grade-5 titanium spline screws over 316L washers, houses the skeletonised RMAC1 calibre and its variable-geometry rotor. The functions run to hours, minutes and seconds, a flyback chronograph, a 60-minute countdown timer at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour totaliser, and an oversize date with month indicator. Across its long run the case has been executed in titanium, gold, ceramic and Carbon TPT, while racing cues such as aerodynamic pushers and a tyre-and-rim crown tie it to Massa's world.
